What You’ll Be Doing:

Sr. Analyst ITSM

Senior Analyst ITSM at Evolent will serve as an expert, who would develop, implement, integrate and lead ITSM initiatives maintaining the IT Asset repository (Software, Hardware etc.) across the organization. Individual would be responsible to own the governance model and work towards managing the lifecycle of an IT asset.

What you will be doing:

Our Global Service Delivery team is looking for a Senior Analyst ITSM who can manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) responsibilities by maintaining the accurate records of all assets, oversee maintenance, repair and ensure compliance as per company policies. The role desire is to manage the operational responsibilities of IT business functions with an ability to adapt new opportunities and implement strategies towards maximizing the IT asset value and minimizing the cost to attain high sustainability for an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and implement IT asset management strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance from procurement to retirement.

  • Manage lifecycle of software assets including licenses, contracts, software licensing agreements, software inventory management, supporting license usage, modeling etc.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT assets including hardware and software, licenses, certificates etc.

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize IT asset utilization and reduce costs.

  • Manage and audit IT asset inventory to ensure all are tagged accurately and accounted.

  • Generate regular reports on IT asset count, status, utilization, compliance.

  • Develop and implement IT asset maintenance schedules and procedures.

  • Develop and implement IT asset disposal policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support to cross functional teams on IT asset management tools/processes.

  • Create and maintain IT asset management (software/hardware) dashboard and metrics to provide a summary to the leadership team.

  • Open to learn, adaptable to support towards cross functional areas as and when needed (Incident, Problem, Change etc.)

  • Willing to work in shifts and support on-calls, as needed.

  • Shift timings – 14:30 – 23:30 Hrs IST

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3-6 years of experience in IT Asset management role, hands-on software asset management.

  • Familiar with IT asset management tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience towards tracking an IT asset (software/license) together with auditing and meeting compliance standards.

  • Self-starter and Team player can handle pressure and meet timelines.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficient understanding of ITIL/ITSM framework.

  • Experience working with global and remote teams preferably in healthcare industry.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.

  • Understanding of Power BI

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
