Job Role & Responsibility :

1.Overall business in-charge for the Territory, responsible for monthly Revenue, Collection & Profit of the territory

  1. People Management - Identify competency, train, coach, motivate, plan career for team members & evaluate their competencies.

  2. Customer Relationship Management - Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for service deliveries with defined SLA. Addressing customer concerns & maintain long term relationship.

  3. Leads, manages and build strategy at territory level, implement and govern in order to territory Service business.

Key Functional Skills :

Position is intended for team lead experienced in sales and who have demonstrated effective team management skills and have constantly achieved / exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time for Revenue, Collection and Profit.

Past Experience :

Ideally should have been in experience in Service Operations/Delivery of IBMS Solutions. 12-18 years of overall experience in IBMS Service industry.

Product Knowledge :

Building Automation, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Gas suppression System

Qualifications :

Bachelor Of Engineering (Preferably Electrical or Electronics)

Soft Skills :

Willingness to learn, Self-driven, Determined to succeed in tough competitive environment, Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external.
