Job Description:

The Job

  • Execute tasks to help successfully install, integrate, and maintain Pitney Bowes Technologies in accordance with best practices.

  • A customer centric attitude by understanding how customers use the Pitney Bowes Technologies, helping to continuously improve experience, and having an “I own the resolution” mentality.

  • Perform root cause analysis to determine failure trends and work with technical teams to improve the quality of the solution.

  • Participates as a subject matter expert in supporting the development and launch of new solutions into the Pitney Bowes space.

  • Provides input for improvement and updating of technical documentation (User Documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, FAQs).

  • Understanding of the differences between Event, Messaging, Streaming and Workflow based architectures and when to apply each.

  • Innovate on current processes to constantly improve.

  • Positive attitude, excellent team collaboration skills.

Qualifications & Skills required

  • 3 to 5 years relevant (i.e. industry/product) experience or equivalent API expertise and deploying Microservices.

  • Strong knowledge and experience on integration tools - IBM DataPower, IBM App Connect Enterprise, MQ.

  • Trouble Shooting/Development Experience in Programming Languages: Java, C++, .NET, C#, Perl, JSON, XML etc.

  • Experience leveraging sFTP SOAP and REST APIs on both internal and internal hosted platforms.

  • Familiarity with Kafka, SnapLogic, AWS and Vendor API integrations

  • Handon experience on Linux commands and scripting.

  • Agile delivery

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

  • Proven leadership, communication, and writing skills coupled with strong interpersonal, and relationship management required.
