What you’ll do:

"Supplier Development for various suppliers as per Eaton standard requirements, APQP, PPAP completion and excute the flaw less launch.

"1. Participate in India's localization new product verification, trial production plan evaluation, process quality assurance capability, and supervise and improve process problems to ensure the quality consistency of new product life cycle;

2. Participate in the planning and implementation of product quality inspection, monitoring and measurement, measurement, quality control, correction / prevention activities of localization suppliers in India;

3. Carry out quality specific / drive audit, supervise the implementation of quality corrective and preventive measures, and verify the effectiveness;

4. Manage the progress of the extension work under the interface with the quality department of the stock and printing area, and ensure the implementation of the requirements;

5. Participate in the first / second level plan for the design and development of new localized products / variants in India, plan the technical personnel's intervention and training plan in advance, and participate in the production preparation;

6. Participate in the multi-party argumentation and evaluation of the technical scheme for the rectification of quality problems in the design stage of the aircraft under research;

7. Participate in the review and approval of the feasibility, test verification comprehensiveness and effectiveness of product design change scheme and switching scheme in India;

8. Participate in the planning of PPAP audit scheme for newly introduced suppliers and localized suppliers, provide technical support for quality audit, and supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of audit process and results;

9. Participate in the planning of quality improvement management activities of localized parts suppliers and supervise and promote the effective implementation of the activities in cooperation with the section supporting department;

10. Be responsible for after-sale public opinion monitoring and technical support for after-sale market services and problems in India;

11. The quality management department of the joint section shall be responsible for the formulation and decision-making of solutions for major and batch quality problems;

12. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of quality problem analysis and solution of products / parts in all links of Indian plant, and plan the failure horizontal exhibition mechanism;

13. Participate in the quality assurance program for reliability, durability and consistency of products / parts from localization suppliers in India;

14. Be responsible for continuously creating / introducing new technology / quality tools and methods, and guide technicians to continuously learn and apply new technologies;"

Qualifications:

BE in (Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/ Industrial Engineering

"1.10-14 years experience. Qualifications – Diploma/BE - Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and Supplier Development and Quality

2. Experience in working with global customers & suppliers."

Skills:

"Knowledge of problem solving tools,APQP, PPAP, Core Tools ,GD&T and AIAG.

Working knowledge of statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R and capability analysis, Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Precision machining/Casting /Forging /Molding is preferred as per sequence."
