Responsibilities

Accounting: Month Close Activity for AR Module as on every month close day with all system and manual checks, Issuing Credit Notes wherever needed, keep track of customer rebate schemes including calculation of rebate and ensure the monthly rebate provisions as per various schemes for domestic, exports and timely issuance of actual credit notes immediately after the closure of such schemes.

Payment Tracking: Tracking payments and follow up on overdue accounts with help of logistic & sale team, manage payment recovery processes.

Cash Flow Management: Review and monitor recovery processes to maintain a healthy cash flow within the company.

Reporting & Controlling: Responsible for the monthly reporting related to accounts receivable, providing insights into payment trends, outstanding balances, and collection efficiency including any accounts receivable MIS as required by management, complete the reconciliation with customer at regular intervals,

Export Incentives : Keeping track of exports incentive schemes including calculation of Monthly provision and utilization of the same. Support in booking the sales of script & closely work with export logistic team to control the position in financials.

Auditing: Participate in various audits like Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & other group audit for queries related to Accounts Receivable area

Requirements

Education: B Com \ M Com. Post graduation diploma in management preferred

Working experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or financial analysis of minimum 6-8 years is essential.

Working experience in ERP environment (Oracle preferred) and Expert knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power-point

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Attention to detail.
