Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications

• Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies and test plans

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

• Execute the verification of the log if any.

• Evaluate functionality according to specifications

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects

• Report bugs and errors to development teams

• Creating performance bug reports and tracking.

• Support development teams by reproducing performance related issues.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Manual and Automation testing specially Windows client applications.

• Hands on experience Device IoT related testing

• CPPUnit for C++ app testing and NUnit for C# app testing,

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages.

• Experience with testing complex multi-tiered applications.

• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL

• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

• Knowledge of Reporting tools.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker etc

• Working Experience with AWS / Azure

• Performance tuning knowledge on one of the databases like MySQL, Postgres, SQL server, Oracle etc.

• Ability to complete assigned activities independently with minimal supervision.

• AWS knowledge will be added advantage.
