We are hiring for a Program & Delivery Manager for India Operations, In this role, You will develop project schedules, monitoring progress against the project plan and taking action to resolve probes and minimize delays.

Role Overview: The incumbent will act as a single point of contact for the duration of the assigned project and clearly communicate project expectations to all relevant stakeholders. Oversee installation, testing and/or commissioning of new solutions. Support the Operation team with selecting materials, equipment, project staff and external contractors.
What you’ll do:
Project Design
Design projects based on information and criteria provided by sales team
Assist in discussion with customer as technical expert
Project Management
Define, develop and direct lead delivery of key projects including all Health and Safety, labour and fleet turnaround requirements.
Manpower planning
Preparation of design and work specification, developing project schedules, budget and forecasts
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan
Support delivery in hands on basis as required
Commercial Management
Manage cost, working capital and EBIDTA margins for the project
Technical Expert
Provide technical expertise as required to Engineering and sales team
Liaise with technical expert throughout Aggreko for further support to keep up to date with legislative changes
New initiative lead
Organise, lead and execute in new initiatives such as FSL, new depot, partner management
Support depot activity and routine engineering work as required

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must. Post graduation in Engineering/ Management is an added advantage. Professional certification in Project Management (eg. PMP) is highly desired.
At least 10+ years in project management experience in power industry
Proven track record in delivering large/ complex projects, including commercials
Experience in people management & operations site is essential
Solid technical background in electrical distribution systems, generator operations, fault diagnosis testing and commissioning procedures.
Action-focussed – reliable, committed to completing tasks.
