Junior Engineer Marking, Swab is responsible for Electro Etch marking operation , DFL coating operation, Swab Etch operation & Ultrasonic cleaning operation and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity. Comply to the requirement of QMS, Work Instructions and Routings.

Essential Responsibilities

• Understand and follow the router requirements, MOS as per operation sequence , safe Operation of the process related equipment

• Identify the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket

• Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, specifications ,manuals, MOS and other related documentation , ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements.

• Knowledge of chemical handling, storage and related documentation

• Ensure completion of process related documentation , process and equipment inspection check lists

• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.

• Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization and working collaboratively with the team

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Kaizen ,Lean and Six Sigma Methodology

Qualifications/Requirements

Any graduate or Diploma with 2 – 3 years of experience in related processes .

Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety , Quality Mindset.

Experience in engineering industry – with first hand experience of process shops

Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable
