In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work closely with internal and external customer to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible solution for the given application.

• On time submission of quality offer in coordination with BDM’s, sales team and factory PSQ’s.

• Provide Pre-sales and technical support to all customers, business partners and distributers.

• Provide technical support and attend the pre and post order technical meeting with sales (Wherever applicable).

• Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data are updated regularly.

• Ensure customer purchase orders are technically accurate as per quoted and commercially verified before sending for order entry.

• Should be systematic and assertive character. He/she must be able to manage complex situations under pressure.

• Ensure DOA (Delegation of Authority) process compliance before offer submission.

Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Review and understand customer specification.

• Basic Mechanical/Instrumentation knowledge

• Proficient in English language

• Experience in valve industry, Bidding tendering etc. will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• BE/ B-Tech in Mechanical/ Instrumentation or Chemical with 2 Years’ experience or Engineering Diploma with 3+ Years’ experience
