Citigroup Configuration Lead (APAC) for Oracle SaaS - AFCS - C13 - PUNE in Pune, India

The primary purpose of this role is to build and develop configuration within Oracle SaaS Accounting Foundation Cloud Services (AFCS) Module to support EMEA Release2 as part of Finance Transformation Stragetic Ledger program. This is a lead role and part of global team requires support during India time zone. Collaborate with Oracle, SI partner, implementation and testing team to support SR management, Impact analysis and R1/R2 implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall technical planning, design and development/implementation of Oracle Configurations for multiple entities across CBNA UK and other EMEA entities.

• Maintain technical documentation for all packages, descriptions of the data and data structures including data definitions, metadata, data models, and data flow diagrams.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience working as an Oracle Financials consultant with banking or relevant industry.

• Lead by example in developing exceptional quality code by doing design & code reviews.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a distributed delivery setup

• Proven track record of delivery using Oracle ERP software

• Proficient in configurations, end to end batch run, understand ledger concepts.

• Preferred to have API knowledge to schedule and monitor the jobs.

• Good understanding OR Willingness to pick up other basic technical skills like Unix/Linux, SQL

• Very good communication & analytical skills

• Good stakeholder management, coordination & collaboration skills

• Self-starter, highly motivated and complete ownership from design till deployment

Mandatory Skills:

  • Candidate should have around 8+ years of overall experience with key experience in Oracle Financials ERP product.

  • The candidate should have strong analytical skills

  • The candidate should have strong communication and decision making skills.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry

  • Experience as Applications Development Manager

  • Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role

  • Stakeholder and people management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Proven project management skills

  • Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
