Responsibilities

As a Project Manager you will be the link between customer and manufacturing to select materials, processes, quality checks, and schedule for all customer projects.

• Submitting and reviewing pricing packages to suppliers, distributors, and sub-contractors

• Participating in tender closing activities with duties including: create a quote outlining our inclusions/exclusions for a tender, review all bills of material for job closings, assist with the final cost preparation on closing day and submit our bids to clients

• Assist with client & design team management/relationship development

• Assist in project strategy & implementation

• Manage master budget and project budget

• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed

• Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment

• Prepare reports regarding job status and resolve any problems that may arise

• Attend project meetings and site reviews

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
