POSITION: Maintenance Technician

DUTIES: * Must be able to complete all required paperwork (accurately) * Maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment (Mechanical - MMT, Electrical -EMT, EMT both) * Operate all plant equipment (Forklift, Sweeper) safely and inspect as required * Must be able to close out work orders * Must know how Plant's major equipment operates (Chiller, Air Compressor, Chilled Water system, Oil Reclaim Pit, Dryer) and upkeep of the equipment * Must be able to help w/start up and shutdown major equipment (during emergencies) * Be part of the group on resolving Parts Room issues * Adhere JM Policy (Safety and EE handbook) * Must be willing to take on additional tasks as assigned, be flexible and adoptable to change * Must adhere to PPE (ear plugs, gloves, safety steel toe shoes, seat belt w/Forklifts) * Lock Out/Tag Out - No compromise. No lock/No Employment * Report all incidents immediately, and be part of removing hazards * Attend all Toolbox Topics training and safety training assigned to your shifts * Need to see cleaning supplies on their location. Work bench, Workshop must represent an organized workplace * Must clean up immediately [Remove your tools from area of work, must clean up your own mess * Workplace must represent an "organized" and "orderly" operation * Come up with ideas on how to organize work area, and be part of it

REQUIREMENTS: *High school diploma or equivalent experience. * 1 year experience

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Be a role model (team efforts, attendance, performance and behaviors) * Be positive, Represent positive image of yourselves and the company * Availability to jump in and help * Be accountable (take responsibility for your actions) * All administrative paperwork to be completed with accuracy and on-time * Be part of the solution and not part of the problem

WAGE: * $21.00- $33.15 per hour depending on experience

SHIFTS: * Full Time * Various Shifts
