Health Solutions Supervisor, Project Management & Quality Improvement in Pueblo, Colorado

We're hiring for a full-time Quality Improvement and Project Management Supervisor, to join us at 41 Montebello Rd in Pueblo.
What You'd Be Doing
As a Quality Improvement and Project Management Supervisor, you would be the team supervisor, working with the VP of Quality Improvement, will lead efforts to improve processes, manage projects, and ensure quality, data analysis, and grant management support Health Solutions' mission/goals.

Ability to work onsite at least 4 days a week in our Pueblo, CO offices Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the VP of Quality Improvement:
Provide supervision, problem-resolution discussions, and oversight to the project management, grant management, and quality analyst team. Operationalize quality improvement to enhance care, eliminate unnecessary tasks, and support improvement projects for better customer service and outcomes. Implement and oversee process improvements to ensure efficient and effective project execution, resulting in measurable outcomes. Support and manage projects using agile, evidence-based frameworks, ensuring delivery within scope. Develop the team and improve processes, product quality, and work quantity in agile projects. Research and promote best practices in operations. Review and recommend new technological tools for quality improvement. Present improvement results and performance measures to senior management, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection. Collaborate with senior and clinical staff to ensure quality outcomes for those with behavioral health conditions. Use leadership skills to motivate staff to improve quality and adhere to regulations. Work closely with senior management and contract leadership to establish quality improvement standards and measures. Collaborate with program directors and supervisors to assess performance and ensure accountability and effective feedback. Coordinate and facilitate audit processes with relevant entities, follow up with reports and improvement projects. Oversee clinical coding functions to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Provide project management support to the grants management program. Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Quality Improvement/Project Management. Physical requirements include the following: Frequently stays stationary for prolonged periods of time. Frequently moves within and between facilities. Frequently exposed to stressful or emergent situations. Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds. Occasionally drives between Health Solutions facilities or for other assigned duties.

What We're Looking For The Must-Haves
A master's degree in business management, healthcare administration, project management, or a healthcare-related field, and/or At least three years of supervisory experience. At least five years of quality/process improvement and/or project management experience in healthcare. Familiarity with the field's concepts, practices, procedures, and quality improvement tools and processes. What We'd Like to See in You The Nice-to-Haves
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred but not required. Lean or Agile Certifications Spanish language skills
