The Department of History, Political Science, Philosophy & Religious Studies, and Geography at Colorado State University Pueblo provides a stimulating and rigorous program of study that prepares students for a very wide range of careers in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. The pay structure for this position is:
$735/ credit hour for those with a Master's degree
$835/ credit hour for those with a Doctorate degree
Description of Job
The Department of History, Political Science, Philosophy & Religious Studies, and Geography at CSU Pueblo is soliciting applications for our adjunct faculty pool to teach introductory courses in in Physical Geography, Cultural Geography, World Regional Geography (all at the introductory level), and Colorado Geography (intermediate level). . While this is not a current opening, we are continuously seeking qualified professionals ready to inspire and educate our students. Preference is given to candidates who are available for in-person instruction. Primary Duties
**All responsibilities of faculty members at CSU Pueblo are in accordance with the Faculty Handbook. The Faculty Handbook is the authoritative guide on specific requirements with regard to teaching assignments, scholarly activity, research, and service.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Geography or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD in Geography with an emphasis in Physical, Cultural, World Regional, or Colorado Geography.
Prior experience teaching undergraduate courses in Geography
