Operations Supervisor

Pryor, OK

Pay: $25 - $28

Shift : 6am - 4:30pm

Lead a team of 10 in a welding/fabrication shop that manufactures steel buildings.

Responsible for welding/cutting/painting/material handling in that department

• Lead and supervise a production team, providing direction, support, and motivatio

• Foster positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity

• Plan, organize, and coordinate operations to meet production goals and deadlines

• Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime

• Implement and enforce safety protocols

• Over see quality control
