For our Sales Administration team in Poland (Pruszcz Gdanski) we are currently looking for a Sales Back Office Specialist. In this position you will be acting as a first point of contact for our customers. This position requires a customer-focused mindset, problem solving abilities as well as fluent knowledge of Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a first contact person for Luminator's customers and internal Sales team.

• Maintaining client's documentation such us invoices, new orders etc. 

• Processing client's orders and inquiries and monitoring their progress.

• Maintaining close collaboration with the Luminator Operations Team.

• Maintaining data in ERP system (we use Infor).

• Preparation of quotes with information provided by sales representative or based on customer price lists.

Your profile

• 2-3  years of work experience in sales administration, customer service or similar positions.

• Fluency in Polish and English, knowledge of German will be beneficial.

• Experience working in international environment. 

• High customer and service orientation.

• Competent handling of MS Office and relevant experience with ERP and CRM systems

• Independent, goal-oriented and reliable.

• High assertiveness, ability to work under pressure, team spirit and flexibility.

• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
