Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will contribute significantly to managing our IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on maintaining the performance, security, and efficiency of our systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical procedures and requires an individual with a strong understanding of IT operations and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of various systems, including servers, storage, databases, hypervisors, and cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with other administrators, engineers, analysts, and partners to ensure security configurations and practices align with industry standards.

• Respond to and resolve service and security incidents promptly as part of the incident response team.

• Manage the deployment of security patches and system updates to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security best practices.

• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure the security of sensitive information and resources.

• Monitor system metrics and logs for unexpected changes, investigate anomalies, and take appropriate actions to maintain system performance, availability, integrity, and security.

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incidents, and generate reports as needed for compliance and auditing purposes.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders within IT and other departments to understand requirements and provide training and support to staff on system operation and protection.

• Proficient in using Citrix Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, Azure Active Directory. Requirements • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required.

• The candidate should have significant experience working with Active Directory.

• Knowledge and practical experience with Backup Technologies is necessary.

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server.

• Experience working with VMware is a prerequisite for this role.

• The candidate should be proficient in Azure Active Directory.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are necessary.

• The candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
