Nu Skin International, Inc seeks an Internal IT Auditor in Provo, UT.

Duties: Global Risk Assessment and Audit Strategy: Assisting in the assessment of IT-related risks and developing an audit strategy for addressing these risks on a global scale. Audit Planning: Planning audits, which includes defining the scope, testing methodology, resourcing, timing, and budgeting for the audits. This is crucial for ensuring that audits are conducted effectively and efficiently. Timely and Quality Audit Execution: Ensuring that the assigned audit work is carried out according to the established plans, within the designated timeframes, and in alignment with quality standards. This involves thorough testing and evaluation of IT controls. Audit Meetings: Actively participating in both the kickoff and closing meetings of the audit, which are important for setting expectations and communicating results. Management Action/Recommendations: Developing practical and effective recommendations for addressing audit findings. This contributes to the improvement of IT controls and processes. Audit Report Finalization: Collaborating with the Director of IT Audit and other relevant parties to finalize audit reports, ensuring that they effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations. Project Work: Engaging in projects of moderate scope that require the analysis of various factors. This indicates the ability to handle complex assignments. Decision-Making: Demonstrating good judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions during the audit process. Relationship Building: Establishing productive working relationships both internally and externally, which is important for effective collaboration and communication. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating moderately sophisticated ideas, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and understandable manner. This is essential for conveying audit findings and recommendations. Issue Resolution: Understanding how to work with IT management and staff to address common IT-related control issues as they arise during audits. Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field(s) plus any amount of experience in a related occupation(s).

Requires any amount of knowledge of or experience in the following: Creating SQL scripts for Analytical purposes; Basic IT security and/or Control processes; IT Risk Management/Cybersecurity; Basic Accounting Principals.

Telecommuting is permitted.
