Insight Global Genesys Cloud IVR Developer in Provo, Utah

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Genesys Cloud IVR Developer to join their team. This team will consist of 10 other members of which are an architect, a few developers, and a few business analysts, and the team will also be collaborating with the operational team throughout the project. On a daily basis, primary duties will include designing and developing Genesys Cloud self-service DTMF, ASR & NLU applications; maintaining add-on applications and API services; and designing, developing, testing, deploying and monitoring Genesys Cloud applications. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining documentation like call flows, scripting, integration and training documentation. The ideal candidate will understand the process of driving the requirements using input documents and will stay updated with the latest Genesys Cloud announcements, releases, and features. This will be a remote position, but could potentially require minimal onsite responsibilities, and will be at the hourly rate of $70-$90/hour while on contract.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows

4+ years of experience with Genesys Scripting, specifically with ASR, NLU, and AI Bot Flows

Hands on ability to troubleshoot, fix and track Genesys Cloud IVR/Scripting/UI issues

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js

Strong hands-on experience for technologies such as RESTful API, JSON, SQL is preferred

Experience in integration with connectors for SalesForce

Certification in Genesys Cloud is required

Candidate would need to pass Federal security checks as required by the client Experience in integration with connectors for Oracle
