Description We are in search of a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role centers around managing digital challenges associated with maintaining a world-class infrastructure that supports billions of daily requests. The DevOps Engineer will be tasked with the growth and maintenance of a scalable and reliable infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and maintenance of a scalable and reliable infrastructure

• Ensure system security by maintaining a robust monitoring and alerting system

• Solve complex issues in the production environment while identifying bottlenecks and optimizing efficiencies

• Keep CI/CD production systems running, secured, updated, and monitored

• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies that will help achieve key outcomes

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to support their career development

• Work on Linux administration and Bash scripting to maintain system efficiency

• Use your knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) principles and Git to ensure smooth software development processes

• Work with container orchestration technologies to manage system tasks and workflows

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of projects and tasks. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Linux, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) methodologies and tools.

• Experience in container orchestration, with the ability to manage and scale applications.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant industry certifications are a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Proven ability to learn quickly and stay current with new technologies and industry trends.

• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain system and process documentation.

• Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
