Are you a meticulous and versatile professional with a passion for optimizing online experiences? We're in search of a Sr. CRO Specialist to play a key role in our A/B testing efforts, focusing on key customer platforms and top Digital Marketing channels. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with web operations colleagues and manage testing for our core vivint.com website and customer upgrade platform. In this vital position, you will contribute to aligning our website with business objectives while driving year-over-year growth in conversion rates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • A/B Testing: Propose, define, build, and evaluate A/B tests to enhance website conversion rates and optimize key acquisition funnels.

  • Program Management: Manage the testing and optimization process for the customer upgrade website and the core vivint.com website to ensure clean, quality data.

  • Personalization Program: Create and launch a personalization program to enhance the online customer experience.

  • Quality Assurance: Manage the QA process of all new tests to ensure a website free from bugs.

  • User Research: Conduct user research through heatmaps, user surveys, and interviews to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

  • Data Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze test data and provide actionable recommendations for the business based on the results

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1-3 years of A/B testing experience

  • Strong program management and organization skills

  • Know how to juggle multiple timelines, prioritize projects, and see them through

  • Strong strategy skills; ability to create clear, complete, and concise action plans

  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently towards objectives

  • A strong analytical mind with expertise analyzing data through Google Analytics (UA, GA4), A/B testing platforms, Mixpanel, and Tableau preferred.

NOTE: This position is not remote. You will be working from the Provo, Utah office 3 days a week.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
