Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Collect money for drinks served. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Clean bars, work areas, and tables. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers\' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer. Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Seasonal Restaurant open 7 days per week. Rotating workdays, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 10:30am to 10:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays. 3 Temporary Positions Provincetown, Massachusetts, Cape Cod Tipped position. Hourly wage plus tips gauranteed to equal or exceed prevailing wage of \$18.81 per hour. Multiple occupancy housing is available and is optional. Rent is \$175/week. Rent is not deducted from pay. Housing is optional at workers discretion. Employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law such as for Federal and State Taxes. Rent is NOT deducted from pay. Employer will reimburse worker the H2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker) Employer will reimburse worker for transportation and subsistence to the place of employment by company check, if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment covered by the job order. Subsistence is limited to a minimum of \$ 15.88 per day to a maximum: \$ 59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Employer will provide to worker without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer will reimburse worker by company pay check for the cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer if the worker completes the certified period of employment. Subsistence is limited to a minimum of \$ 15.88 per day to a maximum: \$ 59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Possibility of but NO guarantee of merit pay raise. Possibility but NO guarantee of bonus.
