This is a fully remote position.

  • Lead, Facilitate & Support SCA OCM team to deliver critical operations initiatives at the product group level; increasing collaboration, communication & efficiency within the team.

  • Manage Communications and Coordination across teams including: Strategic Cascades, Processes, Important Procedures, Central Assignments, etc. This also includes execution of the SCA Communication Strategy for GDIA-wide and Executive Leadership sharing.

  • Lead, Facilitate & Coordinate a Centralized Business Operations Practice by managing the DRI Task List and leading the Product Group Directly Responsible Individuals (DRI’s). Ensure cohesiveness, collaboration, information sharing, best practices, communication, etc.

  • Support & Facilitate Strategic / Prioritization Conversations within the SCA OCM as well as with the LL5+ Leaders across domains.

  • Lead & manage the SCA product group management process.

  • Be the SCA SPOC for the ISA Business office tasks, integration and activities to ensure consistent and timely completion.

  • Lead Engagement with centralized teams like Industrial System Analytics (ISA), CDAO Business Office & Communications, Data Factory, Command Center, specially formed Committees, etc disseminating information & ideas between them and SCA.

  • Facilitate Leadership Learning & Development needs by curating unique content and leveraging the centralized Talent team to use for Leadership workshops, cascades, DRI Office Hours, etc.

  • Face off to Supply Chain, MP&L and Material Cost business partners, as applicable and acquire business domain knowledge, in the process.

  • Face off to analytics leaders in GDIA on a day-to-day basis giving the opportunity to learn about the Data and Analytics domain

  • Strong People leadership and team skills

  • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong Coordination Skills, anticipating the needs of the team and its leaders

  • Strong interpersonal, and leadership skills, with proven abilities to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers in a simple, clear, plan-oriented manner

  • Passion for Product group & Project Management, while keeping the teams motivated to drive for results, encourage a sense of urgency, and build an attention to detail

  • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate well with others, solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources

  • Ideally, 6+ years of domain expertise, Program Management and/or Business Office experience.

  • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to develop, own and maintain SharePoint sites or similar as well as a PowerPoint super user.

This position is a range of salary grade 7-8.
