This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. What You'll Do
As a member of the Quality Measures mPages regulatory reporting team, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and dashboards that run in our clients’ EHR (Electronic Health Record) system to enable our clients’ to track compliance with the requirements of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC). The compliance rate of the CMS and TJC measures by clients identified with these dashboards helps in tracking that the provider patients are receiving highest quality of care. In addition to improving patient care, the successful regulatory submission of the generated report data provides a financial incentive to our clients.
The work on the eQuality Measures mPages team will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, submissions operations teams, and other software development teams to ensure client’s success in generating, reviewing and submitting their reporting results to CMS to maximize their financial incentives and ensure high quality of patient care.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of a Software Developer on the Quality Measures mPages regulatory reporting team will include development of CCL and JavaScript dashboards based upon government specifications and company procedures. Providing guidance in architecture decisions and mentoring others on the team are encouraged. Additionally the developer will provide support of the solution clients through their applications and submissions of their regulatory reporting to government agencies.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
6-10 years of technical experience relevant to this position
Ability to communicate optimally and establish trust with team members
BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
Knowledge/Experience with:
Java
JavaScript, react.js, angular.js, typescript, ember.js
Microservices
Distributed Systems
PL-SQL
API Integration
Web Services
Analytics and Reporting experience
Preferred:
- Cloud Engineering Experience

US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
