Trimble Inc. has an opening for a Software Engineer II in Princeton, New Jersey.Duties: Create Product data for Commercial Truck Navigation. Work with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to search, evaluate, design, and develop new solutions. Research, define, plan, manage, and execute new projects in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, and Algorithms. Develop Machine Learning models to process large volumes of data and images. Arrive at solutions involving Mathematical and Statistical techniques and Algorithm and Optimization methodologies. Work with internal and external data providers to ensure quality and adequacy of data sources for Machine Learning and Data Science projects. Define requirements to create specialized Machine Learning datasets. Create and manipulate Geospatial Databases. May telecommute.Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field, and completion of graduate coursework, research project, or internship involving the following: 1) Programming in Python; 2) Using data science and machine learning libraries (like Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch); 3) Working with Machine Learning, Data Science and Computer Vision; 4) Developing Optimization Algorithms; 5) Working with AWS SageMaker and “Ground Truth” dataset creation and labeling tool.
