•Design, implementation and maintenance of application code.•Design and execute both manual and automated test cases;•Develop software that takes best advantage of cloud-based fully distributed architecture.•Write code and unit tests to ensure high code quality.•Analyze requirements specifications and design the features into small workable tasks that can be delivered quickly for fast turn-around.•Accurately estimate QA tasks, and hit those estimates and provide regular status updates as part of the scrum-based Agile development process.•Work closely with other QA teams in assisting with test planning as appropriate.•Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.•Work with Webservices, XML , Json and middleware testing;•Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing;•Meet test objectives by determine testing methods, cycles, phases and conditions and set up the testing environment and equipment;•Work with testing tools such as SOAP UI, Postman, Jira for Defect/ Test Management, and SQL QueriesBachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related field plus 5 years work experience as an Automation Lead/Engineer, or in a closely related role and 3 years of experience (can be gained concurrently) working w/ SOAP UI, Postman, Jira for Defect/Test Mgmt, & SQL.
