We are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Regional Market Director to manage and develop the NAM regional sales team for Novecare. To grow our business and to drive commercial results in terms of volume, revenue and contribution margin.

We count on you for:

  • Delivery of the Novecare Value Creation Plan (VCP) plan in the region; deliver growth of sales and ICM as per plan

  • Define channels to market / distribution strategy

  • Ensure regional promotional activities to support business development;

  • Implement the COA margin policies, and manage pricing and margin evolution

  • Delivering on commercial KPIs including Sales and ICM Budgets, sales forecasts and cash targets

  • Establish/maintain major customer relationships;

  • Negotiate complex agreements to meet objectives;

  • Collaborate with R&I and market development teams to identify, select and manage new growth and innovation projects.

  • Manage the team of Account Managers, allocate responsibilities to represent the business at Key Accounts, Critical Accounts and Key Distributors

  • Ensure commercial and performance excellence best practices

  • Cross functional collaboration, Team Effectiveness and Performance

  • Develop and grow talents in the commercial team

You will bring :

  • Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, formulation, consumer markets), MBA preferred, and a minimum of five years as Business or Account Manager engaged in complex solution selling to specialty chemical sector.

  • Experience in specialty chemicals market required.

  • Min. 5 years of management experience.

  • Hunter / entrepreneurial spirit, driven by results

  • Ability to think strategically and come with new approaches for growth

  • Customer orientation is a key success factor for this position

  • Team leadership and development (care & dare)

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly targets.

  • Strong contract negotiation/closing skills.
