Chronic sinusitis affects 3 million Americans each year and five per cent of the U.S. adult population suffers from a phenomenon referred to as Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (blocked ears / ear pain). Acclarent is dedicated to supporting otolaryngologists with minimally invasive ENT technologies that relieve this suffering as effectively and painlessly as possible. For more than a decade Acclarent has pioneered innovative technologies, including the balloon dilation system that’s been used to treat more than one million patients.

  • Lead and deliver the commercial marketing strategy of the balloon portfolio, covering all elements of marketing management (i.e., segmentation, targeting, positioning, promotion, pricing, clinical, and healthcare economics for commercial execution of strategy)

  • Set strategy and coordinate cross-functional activities for national events, including trade shows

  • Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to establish customer partnerships and seek market insights

  • Lead and implement new product introduction (NPI) commercial launches

  • Drive omni-channel marketing strategy for Acclarent, including social media activities

  • Develop product market models and inform demand planning models including revenue, unit, and price forecasting

  • Establish sales commercialization execution plans by working closely with the US field sales organization, including Area Directors and Regional Business Managers

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required (preferably Healthcare with a Biology and/or Science orientation, Marketing, or another business-related field). An MBA is a plus.

  • 8 years business experience

  • 5 years experience in healthcare marketing, sales, professional or sales education, or related field

  • Success working in a diverse environment thriving on teamwork and influence management

  • Medical Device experience

  • Prior brand management, prior product launch

  • Familiarity with our customers, the procedures they perform, and the overall ENT market
