1pm-8pm (With 1 hour lunch)
M-F
4 hours streaming, 2 hours live stream review. If candidate chooses to stream for an extra hour(after trial period) they will receive 10% commission on any sales.

Job description:

1. Responsible for faceless live streaming on TikTok account specified by the company

2. Live streaming in the company and activate the live streaming atmosphere in specific room in the company.

3. Actively interact with viewers during live streaming

4. The company provides assistant distribution, talent creation, etc. (including assistant life services, serving water in the live streaming room, warm up before live streaming, and providing a good shaping live broadcast room with air conditioning, Hygiene and organization of live broadcast questions, water flow guarantee, etc.)

5. Cooperate with company operations to complete short video and live broadcast skills improvement (all training is free)

Qualifications:

1. Must have outgoing and lively personality, thinking active and flexible, and love to talk and communicate!

2. Very strong communication and interaction skills!

3. Love performing and expressing yourself, talented people are always welcomed.

4. Flexible mind, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation

5.Those with experience in teaching, front desk, reception, sales, and live streaming will be considered first. The company will provide free training to those without specific experience.

6. 1 year of sales experience preferred, will still consider someone with no experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Introducing recommended products, promote sale activities, guides audience interaction, and promotes order placement.
2. Plan promotions or on sale activities and interactions to increase the audience's purchasing probability.
3. Communicate frequently with audiences through various methods to increase their activity and stickiness.
4. Continuously improve product selling strategies and continuously research to improve the level of live streaming.
5. During the two weeks of the trial period, if your sales and live streaming viewers do not achieve the expected increase and improve, you will not enter the official period.
