The Inclusion & Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Culture & Engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the CDIO, this position is responsible for leading the implementation of strategic programs that foster a diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce. The role involves collaboration with HR leaders, business units, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to attract, develop, and retain talent from diverse backgrounds, while also supporting comprehensive employee engagement and listening strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Program Implementation: Lead the development and execution of programs aligned with the DEI and enterprise strategies to meet organizational goals.

  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Manage and support ERGs, enhancing communication and governance to promote collaboration and alignment with company objectives.

  • DEI Calendar Oversight: Coordinate and manage the DEI calendar, including communications, events, and training initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement Strategies: Implement and oversee employee engagement strategies, including regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and satisfaction.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze engagement data to derive actionable insights, continuously improving programs and initiatives.

  • Event Coordination: Coordinate global to local employee events and activities that promote inclusion and engagement.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI, culture, and engagement programs. Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, business units, and cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives into broader organizational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion roles or related fields, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and engagement software

  • Strong understanding of DEI best practices, employee engagement strategies, and change management principles.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Effective communicator with demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and senior-level presentations.

Additional Details:

This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote
