Position Overview:

The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Talent Acquisition team. The Human Resources Intern will assist with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights. The intern will assist in maintaining compliance documentation, employee records, and contribute to various HR initiatives, including hiring events and onboarding processes.

A Day in the Life of the Human Resources Intern:

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze HR data, such as recruitment metrics, employee engagement trends, and training effectiveness, to identify patterns and insights.
  • Support HR in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Use HR data analysis to propose improvements and data-driven solutions for optimizing HR processes.
  • Research industry trends and propose new HR initiatives based on data findings and analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and employee records.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of hiring events, including career fairs and new hire onboarding.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Experience conducting research and analyzing data to identify trends.
    • Experience managing projects or tasks with deadlines, demonstrating the ability to work in a structured environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in HR analytics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR reporting tools (experience with Power BI or HRIS is a plus).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to suggest new ideas.

    Education:

    • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or related field.

    Compensation:

    The base compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour. The base pay represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
