Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Princeton, New Jersey

Description

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both French and English to join our dynamic call center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This includes managing customer complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to switch quickly and efficiently between French and English languages. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email or chat in both French and English.

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely manner. Identify and assess customers' needs to deliver satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or chat in a detail-oriented manner.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Use computer systems to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative in a call center.

  • Fluent in both French and English (oral and written communication). Ability to operate in a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment. Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school degree; college degree is a plus.

  • Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and detail oriented.
