Position: Associate Director Cloud Architect (Ref: 4366)

Duties: Support application developers, data scientists, and application architects and interface with product leads by drawing on experience with AWS Cloud Architecture, including Cloud Network, Large Scale Account Management; AWS Big Data & AI/ML Expertise; AWS DevOps; Azure Cloud Architecture; GCP Cloud; and key applications such as Informatica Data Catalog, Cloudera Data Platform, Okera and Domino. Evaluate new cloud services and features in the context of business use cases. Champion Enterprise Mindset with a focus on reusable services that are efficient, cost-effective & secure . Architect, build, and support big data and machine learning systems in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management colleagues . Responsible for proposals, investment planning and long-term strategy for BMS . Work with app dev teams to develop new cloud hosted services . Support app dev teams using existing cloud hosted services . Partner with service providers both internal and external to design and implement cloud data systems in the BMS cloud environment. Define supported Cloud Services . Design/Build automation tools . Work on a wide range of innovative Cloud uses cases. Architect solutions for scale, resiliency and maintainability. Create code assets and tools to accelerate cloud projects. May work remotely 5 days every 2 weeks within normal commuting distance of Princeton , NJ .

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, computer science or a related field plus 10 years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $170,000/year to $190,000/year

plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
