FCCBH seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Emery County, UT.   Provide mental health counseling to school-aged children and occasionally participate in the on-call crisis rotation. A car will be provided for travel to and from the home office and the schools. Receive outstanding training and diverse experience.  Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah.  Salary is dependent on licensure and experience. 40 hours/week with an excellent benefits package including a signing bonus of $2,000.00 for a year commitment, or $4,000.00 for a two-year commitment. Half of the signing bonus will be paid on your first paycheck, and the remainder will be paid after the commitment is completed. Maintaining confidentiality is essential.  EOE with a drug-free workplace.  Drug test, background check, and driver's license are required.
