- Partner with operations and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, specifically around reporting and data solutions
- Research issues and feature requests providing timely support to users.
- Work closely with Data Engineering team to bring in new data sources into UAP platform.
- Build BI dashboards using a variety of data sources.
Mentor and train Business Analysts on use of data visualization tools.

WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or related subject, plus one (1) year of experience in job offered, Data Analyst, Machine Learning Researcher, Technology Intern or Co-op, or related occupation.
Special Requirements: Academic training or experience must include the following skills:
- Experience supporting relational database management systems.
- Experience developing and implementing solutions in Tableau or Power BI, R, Python, and SQL
- Understanding of BI concepts (incl. data warehouses/marts/cubes, data models, data dictionaries, star schema designs, entity-relationship diagrams, data governance principles).
- Experience designing and implementing ETL.
- Experience mentoring associates in ETL, data warehousing & data visualization techniques.
Tableau Desktop Certification or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
