Our site at Přestanov is one of seven manufacturing facilities across the globe with other manufacturing sites in the US, UK and Holland. Here at our facility, we are starting our printing manufacturing. Our customers print these products with barcodes to identify and track assets, places, and people throughout their business. Our products are shipped to over 100 countries globally to customers operating in retail, health care, manufacturing, and logistics industries.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support typically to Managers and other department members/teams. This involves basic accountant work, basic data to prepare reports as directed, arranging basic travel itineraries, managment of physical files on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Admnistrative support of local management

  • basic accounting connected with the site needs

  • creation of POs

  • evidence of necessary trainings

  • Collect basic data and prepare reports as directed

  • Manage department files

  • Recognize the need for forms to be revised, filing systems updated, basic procedures streamlined, and assists with improvements

  • Assist EHS department when needed

  • Assist with making basic travel reservations and itineraries, with input from managers or other department members

Qualifications:

  • Full professional English knowledge C1/C2

  • Expereince with global company related communication

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Understanding of basic HR docummentation

  • Basic work experience with memos, letters, reports with tables, tabulations, merge document work, creation of spreadsheets with formulas, creation of presentations and graphics

  • As a plus is knowledge of Oracle
