Summary:

Assist in the maintenance of the hospital and associated grounds to maintain the upkeep, operations and appearance of.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all nature of licensed plumbing skills.

• Knows all applicable plumbing codes, local and state.

• Is able to perform related HVAC work with appropriate supervision.

• Must be able to understand schematics, read blueprints, and interpret written technical specifications.

• Completes work orders, preventative work orders, and projects and call ins, in order of urgency or as directed by Maintenance Manager.

• Adheres to applicable infection control and safety policies at all times.

• Performs basic mechanical skills.

• Performs basic carpentry skills.

• Performs basic electrical skills.

• Performs repairs on the building finish such as patching and painting.

• Complete required semi-hourly boiler checks as required.
