Work Schedule: Variable - Primarily days with weekend rotation

Summary:The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care to a designated group of clients in their homes as directed by a Registered Professional Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. The incumbent is responsible for para-professional aspects of care, client safety and installation of telehealth equipment in the client’s home. The Home Health Aide collaborates with the client's primary clinician and other members of the client care team. Performance reflects the mission and values of Home Care & Hospice.

Other information:Current license to drive in the state of Maine, with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance. Must be able to travel within assigned region, or statewide, depending on the position.

Credentials:Essential:* Maine Certified Nursing Assistant License or eligible to obtain. BLS.

Education:Essential:* High School Diploma or GED

Other Requirements:

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance. Ability to travel in assigned service area.
