Provide social services and assistance to improve the social and psychological functioning of children served in New Hope RTC. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, Responsible for the intake process of new clients. Makes sure all client's records are up-to-date, and all documentation is prepared. Responsible for the enrollment of all clients into schools. Serves as a liaison between New Hope RTC and DFPS. Responsible for the residents' daily schedule. Maintain relationships and communication with local agencies, the community and with local and state regulatory agencies. Schedules and attends all necessary appointments and follow-ups. serves as clients advocate during all behavior assessment meetings.
