What you would do as our Financial Controller

Your role will be to ensure that leadership is made aware of impactful business decisions and opportunities, while providing insightful analysis and recommendations. We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including financial controlling and reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

You would also:

  • Support a business unit leader and all departments (mainly sales), providing actionable analysis and driving strong controllership and business partnership

  • Preliminary control of the company's costs, revenues and cash flows, including optimization proposals/tracking

  • Report according to international standards

  • Manage the process of Annual Budgeting & ad-hoc Forecasting

  • Prepare monthly cash-flow forecast

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong orientation towards controlling tools, financial modelling & automation, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Has exceptional business-numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

  • Has fluent English – B2, Czech – native speaker

  • Has good knowledge of MS Office, Excel on expert level

  • Has master's Degree in Finance and 4+ years of proven working experience as a Financial Controller
