The HR Senior Administrator is responsible for accurately processing bonuses, allowances, and generating compensation-related letters in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, business units, Payroll, Finance, and employees. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, team player, and drive for process automation to effectively support the work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for keying and processing compensation transactions, generating compensation change letters, and bonus award letters, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. They will engage with HR stakeholders, business units, and support functions to resolve compensation-related inquiries and issues, fostering strong relationships and trust. They will review processes and document business requirement supporting automation initiatives

Additionally, the HR Senior Administrator will play a crucial role in continuously improving processes, identifying areas for optimization, and driving innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to data privacy and security standards, and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits are essential aspects of this role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Input, update and maintain employee related data in a timely manner with a strong eye-for-detail while making data entries and while preparing documents

  • Maintain, manage and regularly audit the work

  • Partner with diverse HR teams, provide support and process transactions to deliver a top-notch day one experience to Employees.

  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accuracy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

  • Identify bottlenecks and trouble shoot issues.

  • Ensure service level commitments and quality standards are met.

  • Drive changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.

  • Lead projects as subject matter expert and work towards the goals of the project.

  • Lead process automation initiatives collaborating with tech team to improve customer experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Human resources experience

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Customer service experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred

  • Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS

  • Process Automation/Business Analyst experience
