This position reports into EMEA Distribution Operations Performance Manager and is based at Prague.

What You Will Do

The DELIVER EMEA COC Senior Operations Specialist will lead the invoice validation for 3PL activities across local and regional Deliver Operations.

The specialist will be the coordinator to collect all relevant data required to ensure that the volume and the rates are charged according to the contractual agreements.

The collaboration will be held with the different operational teams and Logistic service providers/suppliers across EMEA to ensure alignment and exceptions management.

She / He will lead the invoice validation.

Key focus areas:

• Collect and coordinate relevant data required for monthly invoice validation (Internal and External)

• Validate and compare cost and volume vs external proposal.

• Identify variations and find resolution.

• Collaborate with the local Deliver organizations.

• Build the regional invoice validation templates for the different services (Warehouse, Transport, Pallet)

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skill and strong Communication

• 3 years of experience in Transportation and Warehousing or Supply Chain or Customer Service

• Experience working in a global/ regional function and matrix environment.

• Ability to analyze costs and volumes.

• Ability to grasp large data and identify abnormalities.

• Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally.

• Fluent English

• Advanced knowledge of Excel,

• SAP, Power BI
