Microsoft Corporation Product Manager II in Prague, Czech Republic

The Azure DevOps team, part of Microsoft's Developer Division, is looking for a Product Manager to help us develop and maintain features and experiences in core product areas such as Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Test Plans, and deliver them to millions of developers around the world.

Azure DevOps is an integrated DevOps platform that helps software development teams plan smarter, collaborate better, and ship faster. It's the DevOps tool of choice for many of Microsoft's biggest and most important customers, including Microsoft itself.

We are looking for a Product Manager with deep customer empathy, passion for design, and strong technical aptitude. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a globally distributed, diverse and passionate team. You will develop expertise in Azure DevOps product features, evangelize their usage, and help customers use them effectively in their DevOps transformations.

Responsibilities

As part of your responsibilities, you will:

  • Design and deliver world-class features to our customers with exceptional user experience working with stakeholders, engineers, and other disciplines.

  • Collaborate with partner teams to deliver new value in our product and across Microsoft’s products.

  • Define, drive and track success criteria and performance metrics such as engagement, usage, and profitability and incorporate them into planning and execution.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, collaboration, and customer focus.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and proven work experience in engineering, developer evangelism, product management, program management, or equivalent experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and proven work experience.

Familiarity with modern software development practices.
