Business Analyst for Intelligent Automation

Are you a forward-thinking, high-energy, dynamic driver who wants to get directly involved in the daily business with our international teams and work on your own abilities and manage responsibility.

What role will you play?

• You identify, designand prioritize intelligent Automation solutions by applying state of the art technologiessuch as Generative AI, smart automation, low code, business process management.

• You drive stakeholder collaboration and communication by conducting workshops, and by jointly exploring different approaches, their risks, benefits, and impacts.

• You act as a translator between the tech teams and the business world, conveying stories and messages that drive awareness for digital transformation, AI and innovation.

• You are responsible for the E2E of solutions roll-out including the definition and alignment of user stories, calculation of business impact, testing of developments, identification of changes.

• You propose and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

• You stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.

• You foster feedback, communication, and service development culture according to company values.

• Continuously learning, analysing, and refining opportunities and taking ownership.

• You are the point of contact for the different stakeholders and foster feedback, communication, and service development culture according to company values

• You are collaborating strongly between customers and digital domains such as advanced analytics, generative AI, Business Process Management, Smart Automation

• You apply your experience with best practices and tools to propose a solution

   

What do you need to have:

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in business analysis, product or service management with a focus on digital transformation and/or AI.

• You have a degree in IT, Business, Innovation Management, or equivalent and speak English fluently.

• Familiarity with technologies like Generative AI, smart automation, low code, business process management.

• You have experience in working at the intersection between different stakeholders like development teams, customers, and ecosystem partners.

• You have proven skills in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban preferably as business analyst and/or product owner.

• You can plan and drive workshops, identify, co-ordinate and align requirements applying methods from customer development and design thinking.

• Strong initiative and demonstrated ownership culture across functions and levels.

• Ability to translate customer business needs into application requirements

• Advanced writing skills, including the ability to abstract/summarize highly detailed information

• Stronganalytical abilities to examine data, identify trends and solve business problems

• Tech-savvy mindset understanding IT market trends and their applicability to day-to-day processes.

• Precise written and verbal communication with all levels of stakeholders.

• Interpersonal Skills building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

• Pro-active, quick learner, ability to effectively work in multicultural, multinational teams

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.

• Knowledge about BusinessServices like Opportunity to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Record to Report processes is a plus.
