Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is recruiting for an Associate Finance Manager located in Prague, Czech. The Supply Chain Finance team is involved in managing the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, which includes the processes involved in sourcing, producing, and delivering products or services to customers. This includes managing costs, mitigating risk, and optimizing performance across the entire supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals typically work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that financial considerations are integrated into supply chain decision-making processes. The position relies on building meaningful business partnerships by providing end-to-end financial leadership, strategic support and business case evaluation & prioritization. Overall, supply chain finance plays a critical role in ensuring that a company's supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. The Associate Finance Manager role will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain. They will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cost, risk, and efficiency are managed effectively across the entire supply chain. This role requires an individual who is able to communicate effectively, lead a team, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth. What You Will Do

• Business partner with the Supply chain team to maximize GP improvements; Contribute towards creating analysis and providing financial transparency towards the Supply Chain leaders.

• Independently own and lead business planning & forecast cycles, month-end financial close and budget vs actuals analysis for Procurement or Supply Chain Spend

• Prepare management review decks and effectively frame & communicate business insights to Lead management to help inform and drive fact-based decisions

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and optimize aspects of the supply chain value chain

• Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)

• Collaborate and use best practices to provide strategic analytic support to the team and organization

• Partner with finance leadership to give insights into financial performance

• Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures

• Keep up to date on Supply Chain market trends, examine key indicators and impact on Kenvue Supply Chain

• Build and foster a transparent & collaborative partnership with the other key finance teams (PIC, Regional SC, Global Source)

• Share business and financial best practices/procedures

• Focus on process improvement and standardization by leveraging available data and technologies

• Participate in other special projects as needed

• Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management

• A minimum of 6 years finance or related business experience is required (Supply Chain experience would be preferred)

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

• Cost and Inventory accounting experience

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player

• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools

• Experience as Finance or related business partner

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Compliance background and experience
