Job Description Summary

Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product development activities completion (on time, on scope, on cost), managing the related risks, reporting on regular basis the program status to team leader and Senior Leadership.

  • Lead margin expansion initiatives/projects in order to match prices sustainable by the market.

  • Support the team leader with the execution of new engines applications to meet the program milestones in terms of technical requirements, timing, financials and quality.

  • Administrate the Program Control Board review (agenda preparation, Meeting minutes and action item follow up)

  • Support the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting.

  • Coordinate with ITC to define a standard work for licenses application and implement and execute the proper license policy.

  • Participate on implementation of a contemporary Program Management culture in GEAC.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Solid experience in multiple programs management, with focus on development phase.

  • Knowledge of aerospace market.

  • Basic knowledge of EASA P21G & P145 regulations.

  • Knowledge of main aeronautical contractual and operational KPI’s.

  • Ability to lead across functional and multi-cultural teams and manage programs in a matrix environment.

  • A high level of interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels of internal and external organizations also at Senior levels.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and guide others towards ambitious goals and objectives, creating consensus and trust.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to become supporters.

  • Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Strong results oriented and change agent mindset.

  • Previous experience in international contexts

  • Knowledge of written and spoken Czech skills.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
