What you'll do:

The O2I training teams support the local SAP Training and Adoption departments with the delivery of trainings on SAP solutions to our customers. SAP Training and Adoption offers a variety of products with different delivery methods.

The O2I Training teams are responsible for the entire booking process up to invoice delivery:

• First level query management via hotline and ticketing system

• Processing course registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products

• Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes

• Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers

• General administrative tasks

• Continuous process improvement

What you bring

Language skills: Fluent in German and English (mandatory)

Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)

Soft skills: Solid problem- solving skills and detail oriented; good communication and organizational skills; team spirit and flexibility; independent working style; willingness to learn and a high level of motivation, excellent customer service attitude and a strong will to deliver excellent quality
