Meet your team

Your role will be pivotal in supporting our account teams (primarily customer dedicated E-CSPs, CDMs, AEs) in the tracking of cloud fund consumption and the generation of balance statements for manual C2C deals, predominantly situated in the MEE region. Your daily tasks will involve close collaboration with the sales team, handling change requests pertaining to infrastructure, software/licenses, Cloud Application Services (CAS), and other supplementary services. Towards the end of the month, you will gather the requested changes to the fund and perform different checks and analysis to manually create Balance Statements. You may contribute not only by supporting our day-to-day operations but also in optimizing client satisfaction and maximizing efficiency within our processes.

What youll do

  • Prepare contract documents (Service Change Form) to start changes in consumption of infrastructure, software licenses, and services as required by the customer.

  • Prepare monthly Balance Statements and manage Fund balances Person should be able to understand each customers contract to manage the fund.

  • Reviewing incoming inquiries and perform calculations checking against contractual documents and consumption records.

  • Be dedicated point of contact for internal customers for consumption related topics.

  • Proactively interacts with other SAP support functions (O2I/ Sales/IT-Support/Commercial, Provisioning, Revenue Recognition).

  • Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team.

  • Actively contribute to complex cases resolution.

  • Create and maintain cluster specific SOP database / Support knowledgebase.

What you bring

  • Knowledge of SAP systems and its usage.

  • Commercial Private Cloud knowledge (preferred).

  • Advanced Excel knowledge, Power BI is a plus.

  • Knowledge in accounting and controlling.

  • Knowledge on process management and equivalent are a plus.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on high-quality results.

  • Intrinsically motivated, willing to learn and to support team colleagues enthusiastically.

  • Quick learner, adaptable, able to use own initiative with excellent attention to detail.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-changing environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, team player, positive attitude and open to feedback.

  • Dedicated to customer success with a strong customer focus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.

  • German Language is highly appreciated.

Experience

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

  • 2 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Related Departments.

  • Knowledge of SAP support modules and CRM or DED or PQA are an advantage.

  • Ability to work with globally distributed cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record of execution capabilities for complex topics.

  • Proven ability to quickly become an expert in a specific topic while not losing track of the big picture.
