What is a Technical Training Supervisor?

The Technical Training Supervisor works with leaders to identify critical learning needs and drives the implementation of new and enhanced employee training and development programs. This individual is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the training staff.

What does a Technical Training Supervisor do?

Supervises the training staff. Provides expertise in developing and executing learning strategies and programs across the Company. Analyzes organizational training needs to implement new or enhance existing programming. Evaluates individual and organizational development needs. Implements various learning methods (i.e. online, instructor-led, experiential). Designs and delivers e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. Guides leadership in assessing employee development opportunities. Supports the strategic planning and budgeting processes. Performs other related duties as required. Provides storm/emergency response support.
