Description

Responsible for the delivery of appropriate clinical modalities to those children and families assigned. Carries a minimum caseload of twelve children/families. Provides crisis intervention on an as-needed basis. When requested, assists in the intake process. Accepts assignments to serve on program committees. Attends all program staff development activities (unless excused by the Program Director) and attends a minimum of two seminars. After attending outside conferences partially or entirely reimbursed by the agency, is expected to disseminate findings as part of the internal staff development program. Develops treatment plan for each case assigned and reviews and updates plan in keeping with agency standards. Ensures that the psychiatrist has reviewed and signed each treatment plan and revised plan. Prepares for presentation at their annual performance evaluation a written summary of their staff development activities since their last evaluation and personal goals they would like to achieve in the coming year.

Requirements

· Licensed Social Worker.

· Experience with the population preferred.
